Bumpkin is your local Great British brasserie, serving the very best of British fayre, direct to your table – authentic, honest ingredients and flavours, prepared with culinary craft and flair. They source the highest quality, sustainable produce from across the British Isles to create wholesome, classic and seasonal dishes, served with their contemporary Bumpkin twist.
They currently have two restaurants in London based in South Kensington and Westfield Stratford.
BRINGING THE COUNTRY TO THE CITY...
We were approached by Bumpkin, who wanted to unify all of their branding and marketing to give a consistent look and feel across printed, social and web related collateral.
They wanted to have a country feeling with the city twist to create a strong identity that would bring both elements together on everything from the menus through to the signage.
BEHIND THE SCENES
The team worked with a bold illustrative style that when combined with the muted colour pallet gave a very elegant and sophisticated city look.
We used half of the illustration that was cut off with the spine and when placed next to another menu would complete the illustration. We produced a set of four menu covers all depicting different animals that looked great as a standalone and amazing as a set.
THE LATEST PROJECT...
The team are currently working with the Westfield Stratford branch helping to bring the interior and printed collateral in-line with the brand identity of the South Kensington restaurant.
We are working on the outside signage to increase visibility, covers and turnover.
